 Ingredients: 2 cups frozen or fresh mixed vegetables (such as eggplant, yam, green beans, and peas) 1 cup fresh or frozen green mung beans 1 cup fresh or frozen pigeon peas 1/2 cup fresh or frozen whole green gram 1/2 cup fresh or frozen whole black gram 1/4 cup sesame oil 1/4 cup fresh grated coconut 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro 1/4 cup fresh chopped mint 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill 2-3 tbsp sugar 2-3 tbsp jaggery 2-3 tbsp tamarind paste 2-3 tbsp lemon juice 2-3 tsp red chili powder 2-3 tsp cumin-coriander powder 2-3 tsp ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste Instructions: In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil.
